“What do I need to conduct a lesson with RoboCAMP?” 2017-05-09T11:16:03+00:00

You only need robotics sets (LEGO Mindstorms or LEGO WeDo) and computers. Two children can share one robotics set. Your classroom should be equipped with a video projector and all computers must be connected to the internet.

“Can I use Scratch environment to program LEGO WeDo robots?” 2017-05-09T11:17:45+00:00

Yes. LEGO WeDo robots can be programmed by using Scratch. We recommend version 1.4.

“I have little experience with coding. Am I qualified to teach with RoboCAMP?” 2017-05-09T11:23:04+00:00

Yes. When our clients register to the RoboCAMP e-learning platform, they receive detailed instruction on how to build and code every construction, every program. We also prepared useful teacher handbooks that contain essential information on LEGO WeDo, LEGO Mindstorms as well as their programming software. If you’re eager to learn more, participate in our free webinars.

“Is it possible to test the product before the purchase?” 2017-05-09T11:27:57+00:00

We recommend creating the free demo account. This account gives you access to the RoboCAMP e-learning platform, where you can find a teacher handbook and 4 lessons: for LEGO WeDo, LEGO Mindstorms and Scratch. Of course, you can also use them in your classroom.

“I’m a teacher. Do I need to purchase accounts for my students?” 2017-05-09T11:30:31+00:00

No. Every teacher can share the courses she acquired with her students, straight from her account. You can check how it works by creating the demo account.

“Does RoboCAMP offer discounts for schools and non-profit organisations?” 2017-05-09T11:35:47+00:00

Yes, of course! We gladly offer attractive discounts for public schools and non-profit organisations. If you are a teacher, or manage a noncommercial education project, be sure to contact us before making a purchase.
